Hey friends! since October is national pizza month we have a fun pizza dish to celebrate with! I wanted to share with you guys how I made some delicious Garlic, Pesto & Tomato Pizza and it’s really easy to make. I don’t know about you but I love pizza, and making pizza yourself is so easy and fun too!

What you need:
Pizza crust
Pesto sauce
Cheese
3 garlic cloves (chopped)
3 tomatoes (chopped)
Extra virgin olive oil 
Parmesan cheese 

First chop the garlic, and put it  in a bowl and add about a half a cup of the EVOO to the garlic.

Then heat up your oven to 475 degrees. Then to make the pizza crust, I just follow the directions on the package and kneed the dough out. I was feeling lazy and didn’t want to roll out the dough with the rolling pin so i just flattened the dough out with my hands. You could obviously roll the dough out to make it even and more perfect looking, but I like the way this turned out because it looks more organic.

Now put the oil on the dough and spread it out all over, then take the pesto sauce and spread it on as well. You can use your own pesto sauce for this recipe, but I used the premade because one thing I’ve never gotten down is how to make good pesto. It never turns out right for me. (If you have a good pesto recipe you should leave it in the comments!)

Now I put the cheese on top then put it in the oven for about 15 minutes. 
Chop up the tomatoes while the pizzas cooking and put them in a bowl, and toss with some oil.

Once the pizzas done put the tomatoes on top and pour Parmesan cheese. Then enjoy!
