Hey people! When people ask me how I keep my skin healthy I always say to drink water. Water is one of the best things to drink, it keeps your body hydrated, clears your skin, and help your body in so many ways. 
I really noticed a big difference when I started to drink water regularly, my skin started to clear up, I felt more hydrated and better.
So I know that a lot of people have a hard time drinking water because they think it’s boring or flavorless. One of the ways to make it more flavorful is to infuse it with citrus and mint like I did.
So I wanted to share this recipe of flavored water with ya’ll.

What you need
Ice water (ice optional) 
Half a lemon 
Half a lime
1-2 sprigs of mint

All you need to do is squeeze the lemon in the water, then squeeze the lime then but the mint in it. Then you’re done! It’s a super simple way to add some flavor to your water and enjoy drinking it! 
You can also add other fruits and vegetables to your water to give it different flavors.
