Hey there! So this past spring I discovered something amazing! The strawberry lemonade from Wendy’s, it is soooo amazing. If you like strawberries and lemonade, you need to run to Wendy’s now and get one.

Okay, so the first things you want to do is make a simple syrup. All you do is put the sugar and water in a pot on medium-high heat and bring it to a simmer then turn the heat down. I didn’t really make the syrup a thick consistency, but it was all good.
Meanwhile remove the stems out of the strawberries and put them into a blender, you can cut them up if they’re really big but the ones I used were small so I didn’t. Then puree the strawberries with some water.

Once the strawberries are pureed put the strawberry puree in with the simple syrup and let it cook on medium-low for about 10 minutes.

While the syrup is cooking, make the lemonade. Now what I did was take the east route and use country time lemonade instead of making lemonade form scratch. So this a super simple way to up your lemonade game if you only use powder lemonade mixes. I also added a little bit of fresh lemon juice to really enhance the taste.

After you have the lemonade made, just mix some or all of the syrup in with it and then put it in the fridge to chill. And that’s it!
