The big game day is fast approaching, and everyone is looking for some awesome appetizers to make for your viewing parties. In our opinion, there’s nothing like a classic that everyone will love, that’s why we chose to make our football party with Red Baron pizza! It’s very affordable and it tastes delish! We chose to get the Red Baron Classic Crust Supreme, Red Baron Classic Crust 4-Meat, and Red Baron Classic Crust Pepperoni. You can easily find these varieties and more at your local Walmart, in the freezer section. We also picked up an Edwards frozen pie, because you can’t have a party without dessert, am I right? We got the Reese’s pie because it looked so yummy *spoiler, it tasted yummy too!*.
Lets face it, the big game parties are about more than just actually sitting down watching football. They’re about getting together with your friends, talking, laughing, and having a great time. Even though we’re not huge football fans, we still get a lot of enjoyment from just talking to our gal pals, and swapping cool appetizer and recipe ideas, like Hannah’s recipe for guacamole! It’s the perfect thing to go along with your Red Baron pizza, and its really easy to make!
Here’s what you need:
4 Avocados (firm, but ripe)
1/2 Red onion (chopped)
2 tsp. Chipotle Pepper
1/2 Lime (juice)
5 sprigs of fresh cilantro
Salt to taste (start with 1 tsp.)
The first thing you want to do is mash up your avocados. You can do this with a potato masher, fork, or you can put the whole thing in your food processor. Which ever way you decide to mash them would be fine. Because my avocados were on the greener side, I did mine in the processor.
Chop your onion and cilantro and combine with the avocado (either in the processor, or by hand) If you’re using the processor, you can then transfer your ingredients to a bowl.
Cut your lime in half and use the juice from one half of the lime. Add your chipotle pepper, and salt. I start with one tsp. of salt and start tasting to add more. A lot of making a great guac is just tasting it, and adding whatever you think it needs to make it better. Usually what mine needs is more salt, but you may prefer adding extra lime juice etc.
Stack in a festive bowl, add chips, and there you go you have an awesome guac for everyone to chow down on! It definitely goes great with the Red Baron pizzas we cooked up. Having the pizzas really let us spend time on our other sides, since all we had to do was put it in the oven to cook. It’s also way cheaper than ordering out for pizza. Definitely a win win! We hope we could inspire you guys to get out there and get ready for the big game in style & convenience!
Just in time for the big game, Red Baron is giving away lots of cool prizes to make your game day party more spectacular! To find out more, visit their site!

Yay! Thanks! Let us know how it goes!
Chips and dip + pizza? Lovely combination! I would rather focus on this than the game, but then again, I don’t really watch NFL. Awesome snack ideas though! Perfect for movie night too.
Yep same with me, thats why I like to step up my snack game! I’m all about eating and not paying attention to the actual game lol
It’s always good to have extra guac on game day. Pizza is definitely a good idea too. Great recipe!
Thank you! Yes it’s definitely a great thing to have. Sometimes I buy extra avocados that way I can whip some up if I run out during the game.

We love them too, it’s so easy and quick to make!
I’d settle for easy to serve dishes for Superbowl this year. Why? Because I do not want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen. I want to watch the game too! Red Baron pizza will save my day!
We agree! Nobody wants to miss the big game, that’s why it’s good to use a recipe like this one!
I am just loving that delicious looking Red Baron pizza that is so inviting & I am already hungry now for one. I love anything with Avocados & the Guacamole Recipe makes it awesome as well.
Good to hear! We couldn’t stop eating it after we made them. Lol Guacamole is such a good side/appetizer to have for a game day.
