Hey guys! So, we pretty much made the easiest meal we’ve ever made in our lives. It’s so easy literally anyone could do it, and we did it with the help of our Degustabox this month. We made a delicious one pan chicken parmesan using the Hak’s Paks One Pot Cooking Sauce in Rustic Ratatouille.

If you haven’t heard of Degustabox, it’s a great subscription service that lets you try out new and exciting full size products before they hit the shelves. We’re always impressed by how big their boxes are and how many goodies are inside. We really never know what we’re gonna get! We love that the companies want feedback on the products as well, so they can know how you liked everything in the box. Plus, at $19.99 a month it’s one of the best value boxes we’ve come across. This month was filled with so many great products to try, we got the Popcorners Carnival Kettle Popcorn Chips, Sparkling Bitters, Toosum Bar, 2 BustaNUT packs, Sam Mills Gluten Free Pasta, Entenmann’s Little Bites, Nandos Peri Peri Sauce, 3 products from English Provender, 2 Michel et Augustin Cookies, Zollipops, Hak’s Pak’s One Pot Cooking Sauce, and Honey Bunches of Oats!

We decided to try out the rustic ratatouille sauce and make our own chicken parmesan! To start, just add your chicken to a lined pan. We used frozen chicken breasts but we definitely recommend using thawed chicken breasts instead.  Then just add the sauce on top. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 min or until tender. As always make sure your chicken reaches and internal temperature of 165 degrees.  We also added some shredded mozzarella on top. To melt the cheese just put it on the chicken breasts, and stick it back in the oven for a few minutes until it’s melted.

That’s pretty much it! You can also pair this with some garlic bread, pasta, or roasted veggies. We definitely approve of the Hak’s Pak’s One Pot Sauce. It’s definitely a good start to a meal and makes it SO easy to make something super delish!
