Eggs and toast always seem to be a staple breakfast for years and years. I can personally say i know why because it is a good breakfast that sticks with me for several hours, and full of energy to go. But there’s only so many times a girl can eat eggs and toast before it gets boring!
So we cooked up a few different ways to make eggs to keep them from getting boring. Oh, and of course they’re all quick and easy to make, which is a must when it comes to making breakfast. Ain’t nobody got time for a 25 step breakfast meal on a Monday morning!
A sunny side up egg is probably the easiest way to cook eggs because all you have to do is put the egg in the pan and let the whites cook. Just add some salt & pepper and it’s done!
A 5 minute soft boil eggs is probably easier to fix than a sunny side up egg. All you have to do is boil an egg for 5 minutes, then take out of the water and run cold water over the egg to cool it off a bit, then peel it. I like to put mine on a slice of toast so the yolk can soak into the bread and be even more tasty!
This omelet has a few steps to make it, but they’re super easy. You can put in whatever vegetables you want to, we kept it simple by just putting in some onions, chopped turkey for extra protein, cheese, salt & pepper.
Mix in a coffee mug, or bowl, or whatever can hold everything together. Then pour into a warm pan and cook the omelet until it’s a little more than halfway done, then flip half of the omelet over to have it be folded. Continue to cook for another few minutes, and it’s done! If you want to see more of us cooking these fabulous eggs in real time, you can check out our latest Facebook live.
