Easy Beef Stir Fry Recipe
 
Hey guys! Today I’m gonna share with you my sweet recipe for some easy Beef Stir Fry! This is something great to make that’s quick and simple. It’s also really nice in the summer time because you can easily pick up some fresh home grown veggies to use.
 
Here’s what you need:
 
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 lb boneless steak, cut into pieces
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 package of snow peas (fresh)1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
 
In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 2 tablespoons water and garlic powder until mixed together, then add the steak. Get a skillet ready and add a little veggie oil, add the steak, and cook until it’s done. Set the steak aside, but make sure it’s warm. in the same pan with the oil, stir fry your snow peas until tender. Add the steak back in. Mix your bown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, cornstarch, and water until mixed evenly then add to the skillet of snow peas and steak. Simmer for a few minutes, and there you are! This is really great served over your favorite rice!
